About Us
Frank’s Restaurant was started by Frank Dedman Sr. and his wife Carolyn. In 1964, they opened the Baton Rouge location creating a long-lasting breakfast staple in the area. Along with the original location, three generations of Frank’s own and operate another location in Prairieville. Having 50+ years of experience, they have perfected their signature homecooked meals and continue to offer breakfast all day long!
